Sidharth Malhotra starts his shoot for his upcoming movie Thank God

Earlier this month, Bollywood star Sidharth Malhotra had announced his upcoming project Thank God on social media. He seems to be excited for the film as for the first time in his career, Sidharth is collaborating with Ajay Devgn in the film. Apart from Ajay, Sidharth’s Aiyaary co-star Rakul Preet Singh is also supposed to be seen in the movie. In his post, Sidharth had revealed that the shooting of the film will go on floors from this onwards and he will start the shoot from January itself. The announcement has left his fans excited while recently Sidharth has shared a glimpse from the first day of his shoot.

In his post, Sidharth announced that the shoot of Thank God has been commenced, he shared a couple of pictures from the sets on his Instagram handle. He also gave a glimpse of the clapper announcing the muhurat shot of the film. In the picture, Sidharth can be seen standing next to the director Indra Kumar and producer Bhushan Kumar while holding the clapper.

Sharing the picture, Sidharth wrote “Excited for this new journey. #ThankGod for it. Meanwhile, the story of the movie is still under wraps but earlier in his post, Sidharth had announced that it will be a piece of a comedy film. Announcing the news Sidharth wrote “Stoked to announce my next film, for the first time ever with @ajaydevgn & @Indra_kumar_9, also starring @rakulpreet #ThankGod – a slice of life comedy, starts shooting this month.Stay tuned!” 

However, Ajay and Rakul are yet to start the shoot as currently, they are busy shooting or Mayday with Amitabh Bachchan.
