So today we are going to provide you a tasty recipe that you can make easily at your home using some basic ingredients that are mostly available all the time in our kitchen. You may have tried different kinds of Manchurians but today we will provide you the recipe of Maggi Manchurian. We can assure you that after eating this your family will definitely love it and will ask you to make it for them again and again. So let’s try this amazing and tasty dish. Ingredients Of Manchurian Balls:-

  • 1 small Maggi
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 medium-size finely chopped carrot
  • 1 medium-size finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
  • 2 tablespoon chopped spring onion
  • 2 pkt Maggi tastemaker(Maggi masala)
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Maggi hot and sweet sauce.
  • 2 tablespoon refined flour
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Refined oil

Ingredients Of Manchurian Gravy:-

  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
  • Slit green chili as per your taste
  • 2 tablespoon chopped spring onion
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced capsicum
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 diced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon red chili ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon green chili ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Refined oil

Method Of Cooking:-

  1. At first, take a pan and boil your Maggi until it gets soft. After that separate the water and the maggi.
  2. Now put the maggi in a bowl. Now add all the ingredients such as onion, carrot, capsicum, ginger, garlic, spring onion, maagi masala, black pepper, hot & sweet sauce, refined flour, cornflour, soya sauce, and salt to the boiled maggi.
  3. Now mix all the things together and make a dough of it.
  4. After that make smalls balls from that dough and keep aside.
  5. Now take a pan and heat some oil. After the oil gets properly hit than deep fry your Manchurian balls properly.
  6. Fry it until it turns to brown color. Keep your gas in a medium flame so that the balls get cooked properly without getting burnt. Keep the fried balls aside.
  7. Now take another pan and add 3-4 tablespoons of oil and heat it.
  8. After the oil heats add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Fry it lightly.
  9. After that add onion, capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and mix all the things properly.
  10. Now add tomato ketchup, red chili ketchup, green chili ketchup, black pepper, soya sauce, and salt. Now again mix all the ingredients properly.
  11. After mixing it properly add 1/2 cup of water and cover the pan with a lid and cook in a low to medium flame until all the ingredients get soft.
  12. Remove the lid and check that the ingredients get soft or not. When the ingredients get soft then add the Manchurian balls into the gravy.
  13. Mix the gravy with the balls and cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish it with some finely chopped spring onion.
  14. Your delicious Maggi Manchurian is ready to serve. You can enjoy it with Chowmin or friedrice.
