Peel and chop 500gms of potatoes and sweet potatoes. Now boil the chopped potates for 20 minutes. Once the potatoes are properly cooked, drain the water and mash it properly.
Now take a pan and put some oil. Heat the oil and then in the heated oil add finely chop 4 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 2 carrots, and 2-3 celery sticks.
Now season the vegeatables with salt and pepper as per your taste. Cook the vegetables till they become soft and tender. Now finally add ropughly shoped one jackfruit to the pan along with 1/2 cup of chickpeas.
After that add 3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp chilli flakes, and ¼ cup of water to the pan. Cook the vegetables proper for 10-15 minutes.
Now, preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Pour the mixure in a baking tray and bake it to 200 degrees celsius.
