Kadha for regular flu, cold, and cough:-
To make this Kadha you need some basic ingredients like grind cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. Take a bowl add all the ingredients in two cups of water and boil it. After few minutes add 4-5 basil leaves (tulsi) and let it brew for 5 more minutes. Now switch off the flame as your Kadha is ready, If you want a sweet taste then you can also add a spoonful of honey. This Kadha will help you in clearing your nasal passage and chest.
Kadha for improved digestion:-
Many of us suffer from indigestion that made our life complicated. To avoid indigestion one can try this Kadha. To make this Kadha we need ground saunf, jeera, and ajwain. Take a bowl add all the ingredients in two cups of water and boil it. After a few minutes add 7-8 mint leaves (tulsi) and let it brew for 5 more minutes. This is very much helpful for acidity and it also improves your digestive system.
Kadha to boost immunity:-
The most important thing for being healthy is to boost our immune system. Take a bowl and add 1 tbs of turmeric powder and 5-6 peppercorns and boil it with 2 cups of water. After sometimes add coconut oil, honey, and 5-6 lemon drops. This Kadha is very much beneficial for boosting our immune system.
