The sudden and untimely demise of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput raises the debate on nepotism in the Bollywood industry. An actress who has been raising her voice on the issue for the longest time is Kangana Ranaut. After Sushant’s demise Bollywood diva Kangana Ranaut stepped forward and releases a video in which she stated that Sushan’s death is a wake call for many. She also called out the people who are having a narrative in their mind that Sushant opted for suicide because he had a weak mind. She even called out award shows for not acknowledging his films.
A few days back there were rumors that Kangana Ranaut is summoned by the Mumbai police for Sushnat’s case. Now in an exclusive interview with Republic TV, Kangana confirmed the news that she is summoned by the Mumbai police. In the chat show, Kangana asserted the host of the channel that she is summoned by the Mumbai Police but she said to them that she is living in Manal right now. Kangana further revealed that she asked the Mumbai police to send somebody so that she can record her statement. however, she said that she hasn’t heard anything back till now. In addition, Kangana said that if she had said anything that is not available in the public domain or that she can’t prove, she will return her Padma Shri.

Post Sushant’s untimely death Netizens slams Bollywood’s several big names and blamed nepotism for his death. Mumbai Police has already started an investigation on this case as they took the testimony of many to look at the different angles of the case but many people are asking for CBI inquiry in the case. For the unversed Sushant passed away on June 14, 2020, at his Mumbai apartment and since then, his fans are paying tribute to him.
