One can eat 3 eggs daily but in summer one should intake only 2 eggs a day otherwise it can heat up your body. Milk is packed with protein, vitamin D, potassium, selenium, calcium and vitamin K2. It provides all the nutrients that are essential for your body. Drinking a glass of milk regularly is proved to be healthy. But one must not consume more milk in a day as that can affect your diet system. If you have a problem of gastric than you must consult your doctor before adding milk in your daily diet.
You can also consume both egg and milk on a regular basis as it is a good combination, but the eggs should be properly cooked or boiled if you are consuming it with milk. If you consume raw eggs with milk then it can stimulate your body with bad cholesterol. It also affects your body with other problems such as food poisoning, bacterial infection, and biotin deficiency. You can also consume these two separately depending upon your choice and taste. But one should always consume anything in a limited manner and not in an excessive manner. Anything excessive can affect your body negatively.
