Magnesium is present mostly in our bones. Magnesium is involved in several chemical reactions of our body as it an essential mineral. Magnesium helps to relax blood vessels so it is important to intake the proper amount of magnesium. It also helps in bone development and it’s good for energy production as well. Pumpkin Seeds:-

You will be surprised to know that Pumpkin seeds are rich in magnesium and zinc. To get all the nutrients from it one should consume it with the shell. You can eat them in between meals to avail the benefits.
