Take 500 gms of potato and boiled it a salted water. Once the potatoes gets soft, drain the water and peel it of.
Now mash the potato with the help of the masher. It may took few minutes ti get properly mashed.
Now take a bowl and beat two eggs in it. Thereafter mix the beaten egg and the mashed potato. Now add 100grams of flour in the mixture to make a soft dough. If you feel sticky then you can add some more flour.
Sprinkle some flour on the dough to avoid dough from sticking. Now start making thick cylindrical snake-like shapes from the dough. Then cut the dough into half-inch pieces.
Now boil some water with a pinch of salt in it. Now carefully drop the gnocchi in the water and cook for 2 minutes till it starts to float. Strain the water to serve it hot.
