Take a bowl and add 10-12 pieces of slice bread with their sides cut. Now grind them to make a powder. Thereafter, in a bowl mix the powder and milk to make it a smooth dough.
Now prepare the sugar syrup, for sugar syrup take 2 cups of water in a pan and add 1 cup of sugar in it. Now boil it for 15-20 minutes. You can also add few cardamons top enhance the taste.
Now, make small balls from the dough. Some dry fruits can also be added in the dough to make it more tasty.
Thereafter take a pan and heat some oil. After the oil get hitted fry the balls. Fry it until it turns into deep brown color as it is required for perfect gulab jamun.
Once fried, dip these balls in the prepared sugar syrup and let them sit in the syrup for 10-15 minutes. Your delicious gulab jamun is ready to serve.
